Companies today work worldwide and are globally interdependent. Production sites are relocated, and oversized or heavy industrial or component parts often have to be transported across countries and sometimes from one corner of the globe to another. Careful planning and deliberations go a very long way in the perfect execution of such a project. Special transport vehicles and Transport equipment is used to transport the Shipments. Since the shipments are large sometimes larger than the infrastructure like roads etc, very meticulous planning is needed to execute such projects on stipulated time frames. As time is the major culprit in cost overruns a small slip could lead to major results.
